想改變每日精神狀態?起床後做5個簡單動作



不論學生或在努力工作的你們有沒有每天起床後還非常疲倦 第一件事就是把手機的鬧鐘延遲 然後就不停地用手機看instagram, whatsapp, lihkg...

我之前就正正是這種人 但是發現每天不但沒衝勁 還在毫無目的把時間花去

直至我發現了以下5個小方法後 慢慢開始改變了我的想法


  1. Recall your dream everyday.

    每天起床後第一件事就是緊記你的夢想 例如每天提醒自己要入大學, 要賺錢買tesla...


  1. Tidy up your bed. How you do anything is how you do everything!

    每日用幾分鐘整理好被單 不但會提升對自己的要求, 努力完一天 晚上看到齊整的床 心情還會大大提升


  1. Drink a glass of warm water and grab a nice breakfast, fill up your body.

    經過一晚睡眠後身體需要補充水份和能量繼續保持高效率運作 特別是你的大腦


  1. Take a few minutes of pray/meditation and small exercise.

    安靜下來感謝每一個新的開始為每日帶來期待, 之後再做些簡單運動 例如 push-up, sit-up... 令身體動起來


  1. Take a nice shower before going out.

    最後一步就是準備自己最乾淨和整潔的一面來迎接每天的挑戰吧!
